Justin Houston still inactive, despite practicing

There were signs this week that Chiefs linebacker Justin Houston was ready to come back, but he’s going to get another week, at least.

Houston was declared inactive for today’s game with the Colts.

Houston has missed the last month with an elbow injury, but the fact he practiced this week is a good sign he’s close to a return for the postseason. With his 11.0 sacks in 11 games, it’s an obvious need.

The Chiefs will also be without left tackle Branden Albert (knee).
