    Alshon Jeffrey got robbed.

  2. dickshotdogs says: Dec 27, 2013 9:32 PM

I don’t care where you put him, Julian Edelman deserved to be on this list.

  3. rhabdodontidae says: Dec 27, 2013 9:33 PM

A pleasant surprise to see Johnny Hekker make it. He had a great season.

Also can’t believe Lavonte David isn’t here.

  4. gg206 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:33 PM

    Lavonte david was jobbed

  5. td30 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:37 PM

  6. Dream_Machine says: Dec 27, 2013 9:37 PM

Good thing Antonio Brown gets voted 2X, just in case we missed him the first time.

Paul Posluszny – OMG I can’t believe this

  7. nflgreedleague says: Dec 27, 2013 9:38 PM

    Steelers SS Troy Polamalu
ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!

  8. beerbratscheese says: Dec 27, 2013 9:38 PM

The Packers with zero pro bowlers are favorites to win the NFC North.

  9. newmarketmaulers says: Dec 27, 2013 9:40 PM

    No Chandler Jones?

  10. lionsmark09 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:40 PM

Deandre Levy got robbed. 6 ints as a OLB. Hating on the Lions once again.

  11. letsgotemple says: Dec 27, 2013 9:40 PM

Would have liked to have seen Desean make it, but that WR list is stacked

  12. noburghfan says: Dec 27, 2013 9:40 PM

Yeh , a lot of good players were left out , but not every player is pro-bowl quality .

  13. danospleasanton says: Dec 27, 2013 9:41 PM

All Seahawk players should be tested for PEDs before being given the honor of Pro Bowler. Chances are very high one of their players are dirty.

Just going by resent history fact(s)!

  14. cjspiller12 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:41 PM

Kiko Alonso for the Bills got robbed as inside LB. Much better year than Patrick Willis, in fact, wasn’t even that close.

  15. hcdbus says: Dec 27, 2013 9:42 PM

3rd straight season that the best guard in the league Evan Mathis has been robbed. What a joke

  16. brazzz01 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:42 PM

    Tucker and Prater over Gostkowski.

    Heh

  17. hartlylion13 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:43 PM

DeAndre Levy most definitely got robbed.

  18. jpash42 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:43 PM

Can’t believe Foles didn’t make it!

  19. tommymomoney says: Dec 27, 2013 9:43 PM

Would have liked to see a younger, more deserving guy get in over Justin Smith, who makes it on name recognition only. Still a solid player but far from dominant.

  20. baldy55 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:43 PM

    Mo Wilkerson?? What a joke.

  21. illedran says: Dec 27, 2013 9:44 PM

    So did Thomas Davis

  22. thebirdofprey2 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:45 PM

Some guys just make it off their name. Willis has not had a better year than Tampa Bays David or Sea Bobby Wagner. Iupati has looked terrible is pass protection and missed 5 games.

Ask Eagles or Giants Defensive ends what they think of Trent Williams who got destroyed all season.

  23. cuckflemson says: Dec 27, 2013 9:45 PM

How does Marshall make it when Alshon is having the better season? I agree, he was robbed.

  24. ryann252013 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:45 PM

What a joke! Mario Williams over Mo Wilkerson? The guy gets completely shut down against top 15 O-lines ( no offense to bills fans) The all-pro team is what really matters now a days, the pro bowl is just a popularity contest now.

  25. panthers34 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:45 PM

Where is Thomas Davis? Too bad Charles Johnson missed some games, the guy might finish his career with the most sacks without a Pro Bowl invite. Nicely surprised by Newton. Before you complain remember that he has made Ted Ginn Jr. relevant this year.

  26. ziggystheansah says: Dec 27, 2013 9:45 PM

Terrell Suggs made it over DeAndre Levy…Hmm…
Also love how everyone calls Suh dirty yet the same fans vote him into the probowl

  27. petehemlock says: Dec 27, 2013 9:46 PM

    No Jets? Mo Wilkerson??

    ???

    Polamalu??

  28. vegasbronco says: Dec 27, 2013 9:47 PM

All you boys have fun in your select me bowl and have fun, cause Matt, Julius, Louis, DeMaryius and Peyton will be having their fun in NEW YORK.

  29. mrlaloosh says: Dec 27, 2013 9:48 PM

    Where’s Incgnito?

  30. eagleseagleseagles says: Dec 27, 2013 9:49 PM

Alshon Jeffery and desean Jackson got snubbed.

  31. unklepaulhargus says: Dec 27, 2013 9:49 PM

Sorry, but Foles has better numbers than Newton. Eagles had a few who were snubbed. Expect them to lay a world class beat down on Dallas, show the rest of the NFL who should be in Hawaii.

  32. darthsat says: Dec 27, 2013 9:49 PM

    Wow, no Evan Mathis.

  33. zack2482 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:49 PM

    Cam Newton? Really?

  34. astropiano12 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:49 PM

Wow did Alshon Jeffrey get snubbed or what? I’d much rather have him than at least 3 of those receivers. Also I know people will cry about Cam Newton making it but upon further review he and Russell Wilson have nearly identical stats across every stat this season.

  35. nfceastisbeast says: Dec 27, 2013 9:50 PM

    How about DeSean Jackson?

  36. atntitan says: Dec 27, 2013 9:52 PM

Glad too see verner got it he deserved it…jurrell casey from titans got robbed also. 10 sacks from defensive tackle spot. Not easy too do. Never gets penalized either.

  37. talkingproud says: Dec 27, 2013 9:52 PM

No Kiko Alonso but 2 49ers ILB’s? Terrible.

    NFL is becoming a joke.

  38. threedeep1998 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:53 PM

Andre Johnson? Guy has 5 TDs on the season from TWO games. He is pedestrian at best these days. Alshon over Andre for sure.

    No Patterson for the returners?

  39. calden99 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:53 PM

    Patriots kicker gostowski got robbed

  40. captrtp says: Dec 27, 2013 9:55 PM

Nick Foles got screwed his numbers blow all but manning away please Sd qb has no business on that list neither does Newton

  41. flipola says: Dec 27, 2013 9:56 PM

ATV.. I’ll be darned. Well, we got one.

  42. TheNaturalMevs says: Dec 27, 2013 9:57 PM

    Whoaaaaa Cam!

  43. hartlylion13 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:57 PM

Nick Foles??? If ever I did see a Pro Bowl year, he just had one.

  44. bloomer006999999 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:57 PM

No Cordarelle Patterson for a returner … ? What a joke.

  45. dkphilly1122 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:57 PM

Jeffrey definitely got robbed. So did C Patterson for Special Teams……dudes are both young beasts…….

  46. shawtiernan says: Dec 27, 2013 9:58 PM

Pro bowl voting is always ridiculous. Chiefs were sorry last year and somehow managed a bucketful of pro bowlers and they played another weak schedule this year and got swept by the broncos (handily) and they managed 7 again to the broncos 5. Makes no sense.

Bruton should have made it as a special teams addition, and beadles and Ramirez both got snubbed IMO. I could make a strong argument for decker as well over both Johnson and brown, and while Denver’s d has mostly sucked, drc deserved a nod as well. That’s cool tho. Last thing I want to see is a bunch of broncos playing in the Pro bowl instead of the Super Bowl anyway.

  47. slashrageblog says: Dec 27, 2013 9:58 PM

Call me a homer, but I feel the Eagles got snubbed. (Seriously, Phillip Rivers over Nick Foles?)

  48. birdfancardinalshawkeyes says: Dec 27, 2013 9:58 PM

Karlos Dansby leads ALL linebackers in int’s & among top 5 in tackles. WHAT A SNUB….DAMN, PEOPLE< WAKE THE HELL UP!!!!!

  49. Nic says: Dec 27, 2013 9:58 PM

Stupid stupid stupid. It is absolute TRASH that Lavonte David was left out of the Pro Bowl this year. He’s already on a garbage team, somethings gotta break right for this kid eventually.

  50. skins716 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:59 PM

I know the skins stunk up the joint this year, but Alfred Morris didn’t get an invite? He’s got 18 less carries than Lynch with more yards. The Pro Bowl is a JOKE.

  51. bert1913 says: Dec 27, 2013 9:59 PM

    where is kaep?

  52. pologroundsvet says: Dec 27, 2013 9:59 PM

Not a single Giant. Completes this year’s debacle.

  53. skavage says: Dec 27, 2013 10:00 PM

Golden Tate got robbed worse. But frankly I hope none of the Seahawks go to the Pro Bowl…if you know what I mean. :)

  54. ajgreenhof says: Dec 27, 2013 10:00 PM

Burfict doesn’t even care about the pro bowl. Much like me.

  55. ajgp920 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:01 PM

A situational pass rusher (John Abraham) makes it over a three down stud like Lavonte David? What a joke.

  56. dainfamousac says: Dec 27, 2013 10:01 PM

Not a single Green Bay Packer.

Somewhere firestarter is crying on filthymcnasty’s shoulder.

    Standard.

  57. finscanes says: Dec 27, 2013 10:01 PM

Well deserved Mr. Brent Grimes!…haven’t seen a Miami CB make the Pro Bowl since Patrick Surtain…refreshing.

  58. urmomsmyho says: Dec 27, 2013 10:01 PM

    Mario Williams over Mo Wilkerson?
    Yeeeesh…

  59. vikescry1 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:02 PM

doesn’t matter there still won’t be many people watching…

  60. weekendatberniemadoffs says: Dec 27, 2013 10:02 PM

As happy as I am for the Panthers players picked, I am equally disappointed Thomas Davis was not. In the days of negative press and drama, not only he TD having a phenomenal season, but he’s the ideal ambassador for the game and an even better human being.

  61. goldensuneagle says: Dec 27, 2013 10:02 PM

I might be a little biased here, but how was Evan Mathis not voted in? Arguably one of the top 3 guards in the game right now.

    And Antonio Brown? What?

  62. source7769 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:03 PM

    Deandre Levy was robbed

  63. pitpenguinsrulez says: Dec 27, 2013 10:03 PM

Well Big Ben got screwed over

  64. philadelphiafan says: Dec 27, 2013 10:04 PM

Ok maybe I’m being a little biased here being an Eagles fan but I think Foles really did get snubbed. 25 TDs 2 INTs and he gets beat out by Cam Newton and Russell Wilson? The fact that he’s only started in 9 games this year affected his number of votes but even so he has only 500/600 less passing yards than Newton and Wilson. You could even argue that he’s a candidate for MVP, although that will probably go to Manning or Brady.

  65. cardsfann1 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:05 PM

How did Karlos Dansby get snubbed? Really disappointing. He has outplayed both 49er linebackers… Wow. What a shame…

  66. revlover80 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:06 PM

LaVonte David deserves to be there. What a snub.

  67. censoredagain says: Dec 27, 2013 10:06 PM

Its a popularity contest for fans, since the players are just going to vote for themselves. The whole process is a joke, so I dont know why anyone takes any of it seriously.

  68. nfl4days says: Dec 27, 2013 10:07 PM

Troy made it purely on name alone and Alshon should have made it over Antonio brown.

  69. idpfantasyfootball says: Dec 27, 2013 10:07 PM

Robbed at LB: Lavonte David, Karlos Dansby, & Paul Posluszny — each of which have better overall numbers than those selected with one game remaining. David & Dansby should be in the consideration for DPOY.

  70. ironhead3000 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:07 PM

So you have Jason Peters and NO Evan Mathis?? Wow, that’s just wrong as wrong can be. AS an Eagles fan guys like Mathis goes unnoticed, which is a great thing for a lineman, he got hosed for sure.

Peters, who has been rounding into form after a slow start, made the Pro Bowl off of reputation.

And NO DeSean Jackson either?? Like the guy or not but he’s been balling and has kept his mouth shut.

Good thing the Super Bowl means more, hopefully my team can get there.

  71. maiphatdong says: Dec 27, 2013 10:08 PM

can we not talk about this at least until the regular season is over?….depressed enough as it is already

  72. geddyn says: Dec 27, 2013 10:08 PM

Lavonte David became the only linebacker in NFL history to record 6 or more sacks and 5 or more interceptions in the same season and he didn’t make the Pro Bowl?

    What a joke.

  73. bostonian13 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:09 PM

Alshon and Keenan Allen both got robbed.

  74. 8oneanddones says: Dec 27, 2013 10:09 PM

Peyton Manning for Pro Bowl MVP!

  75. isithockeyseasonyet says: Dec 27, 2013 10:10 PM

Who voted for these people? I can’t believe Alshon Jeffrey got jobbed, ridiculous…and Jason Kelce is the best center in the league, ridiculous

  76. wwwmattcom says: Dec 27, 2013 10:10 PM

    Jairus Byrd? For what?

  77. bennyb82 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:11 PM

I realize Nick Foles did not play every game but he should probably be in there…

  78. buckethead1 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:14 PM

Sorry but Lawrence Timmons needs to b on that team…Suggs had an awful year…

  79. bigkurt6 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:14 PM

    Yes he did!!!!!!

  80. stini777 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:15 PM

I know he hasn’t played the entire season, but how is Nick Foles not on this list?

  81. citizenstrange says: Dec 27, 2013 10:18 PM

But, but, but …… where’s Bottom Third Ben? No arguments about Mike Pouncey playing a solid half game though.

  82. spyder9669 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:19 PM

Where the hell is Cordarelle Patterson???

  83. amazingguy101 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:20 PM

Cordelle Patterson got robbed too as kick returner too.

  84. clownsfan says: Dec 27, 2013 10:20 PM

    5 Browns?

  85. dannymac17 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:21 PM

    good for Rivers. Great year.

  86. joshp85 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:21 PM

As an Eagles fan I can honestly say Jason Kelce got robbed. He is one of the best centers in the league by far. Jason Peters has had a good year but he has had a few really bad few games this year. Mainly against the Vikings Jared Allen manhandled him.

  87. tpa43 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:24 PM

Wow, I am very surprised Revis made the Pro Bowl this year. He has been very average this year with the Bucs.

  88. thefiesty1 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:24 PM

    What, no Colin Kapernack?

  89. minordav3 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:24 PM

Nick Foles leads the league in passer rating and didnt make the pro bowl? Cam Newton really?

  90. jazsrt says: Dec 27, 2013 10:25 PM

How the hell did Chris Conte not make the Probowl?!?!

    (End sarcasm.)

  91. minordav3 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:25 PM

    popularity contest!

  92. dmercer3 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:25 PM

Im not even a bears fan but Alshon Jeffrey was the first name I noticed missing… marshall desrved it dont get me wrong… but AJ is amazing.

  93. terripet says: Dec 27, 2013 10:26 PM

Luck and ty hilton should of made it. Brady should of been left off

  94. scottbodager says: Dec 27, 2013 10:26 PM

Yep, Alshon AND Lavonte David both got robbed !

  95. thejabronisayz says: Dec 27, 2013 10:26 PM

    Rams have multiple pro bowlers!!

  96. kehav1 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:27 PM

Am I the only one who thinks the pro bowl is a bigger joke this year….foles has better stats than brady… -.- and desean jackson was pretty good also..what about jason witten ?

  97. 84smooninlambeaunevergetsold says: Dec 27, 2013 10:28 PM

    Hey, where’s Aaron Rodgers?

  98. jrs45 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:28 PM

    5 Browns woohoo!

  99. rcax29 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:29 PM

So only 3 teams gave up more sacks than the Browns and only 3 teams gave up less sacks than the Bengals and the Browns have two pro bowl offensive lineman and the Bengals none. Call me a hater but HOW!

  100. jeremycrowhurst says: Dec 27, 2013 10:31 PM

I’m a huge Tom Brady fan, but come on. This is one of the worst years he’s ever had.

Fortunately, he’ll decline the invite, and one of the four or five more deserving AFC QB’s will get the nod, and all will be right with the world….

  101. vikes69 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:33 PM

can one team draft antonio brown as a punt returner and the other team draft him as a wr?

  102. phillyreese215 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:33 PM

smh… i forgot about the fantasy draft their having with the players.

But speaking as an Eagles fan, jason peters was not the best linemen on the eagles offense this season. evan mathis and jason kelce both had better seasons.

And statically nick foles had a better season than russell wilson playing only 10 games.

I don’t really care about the pro bowl, reputation gets you in this, but if the NFL is going to do this fantasy football like gimmick at least get the best statistical players to stay true to fantasy football form.

  103. elliottcovert says: Dec 27, 2013 10:33 PM

Cordarrelle Patterson deserved a KR spot

  104. buckeye1nation says: Dec 27, 2013 10:34 PM

    So did LaVonte David..

  105. bcetour says: Dec 27, 2013 10:35 PM

Shame on you NFL. Cam over Nic Foles? No Lavonte David? Revis and Abraham make it? No Thomas Davis?

This is the “Q” Bowl roster, not the best players in the NFL.

I’m done even thinking about this as legit going forward. What a farce.

  106. eaglesfan036 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:36 PM

    Evan Mathis got robbed.

  107. jal337 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:37 PM

How did eddy lacy not get voted in?

  108. delhommed says: Dec 27, 2013 10:38 PM

Thomas Davis should be in the Pro Bowl! Keep pounding!

  109. Eli on Injured Reserve says: Dec 27, 2013 10:38 PM

    Popularity contest, once again. Yawn…

  110. atleastimnotaraidersfan says: Dec 27, 2013 10:39 PM

Leaving Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie off should be a crime. The Broncos D would be as bad as Dallas without him.

  111. 1pantherfan07 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:39 PM

Thomas Davis should have been there and Luke should be D play of the year

  112. wlewis1976 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:45 PM

Joe Thomas, John Abraham, and Haloti Ngata totally made it on name and not their play this year. The Bengals have a top 5 defense in the NFL and get one Pro Bowler. Wow.

  113. jimjim84 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:47 PM

    Ray Rice got robbed

  114. seaeagle707 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:47 PM

Most of those guys are hoping that they” have an upcoming game”, for an excuse not to go to Hawaii. It was better when it was the week AFTER the SB.

  115. bcfalcon says: Dec 27, 2013 10:48 PM

Where’s Jeffrey, edelman, mccourtey, stacey, foles, Romo (he actually deserves it), S. richardson and kyle long?

  116. udwnwitjpp says: Dec 27, 2013 10:52 PM

Antrel rolle tied for 2nd with 6 picks and more the 3 SS put together in that list and didn’t make it #travesty

  117. dallascowboysdishingthereal says: Dec 27, 2013 10:52 PM

He has been injured some but I think Dewayne Harris of the Cowboys should have made special teams.

  118. sprtsfntc10 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:53 PM

    Lavonte David got screwed!!!!!!!

  119. blackchief29 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:54 PM

Derrick Johnson & Dustin Colquit = Robbed. Best at their position period.

  120. soupermanjc says: Dec 27, 2013 10:55 PM

    And is still a joke….

  121. bruceleroy1 says: Dec 27, 2013 10:58 PM

Hint, look on the defensive side of the ball. The offence has plenty of pro bowl caliber players who missed significant time, and one could make an argument that Jordy Nelson was possibly snubbed, but what is there on the defense other than Mathews who spent significant time injured?

  153. danwahl80 says: Dec 28, 2013 12:02 AM

Antrel Rolle from the Giants definitely should have made it as the third strong safety over Troy Polamalu.

Talk about a guy making it based on name recognition alone. I have all the respect for Polamalu, but he had a down year. Rolle is 2nd in the league with 6 INT’s, 90 tackles. He was the only Giants player that seemingly gave a damn at times this year. A shame he was overlooked.

who got robbed- Foles, Desean Jackson, Eddie Lacy (instead of Gore), Barry Church Dal FS(100+tackle season), Tyrann Matheiu, and Kiko Alonso (should be defensive rookie of the year) all should be in and all fun to watch.

Karlos Dansby has 109 solo tackles, 6.5 sacks, 4 INT’s, 2 TD’s and 18 PD’s and somehow didn’t get in even as an alternate? Best LB in all of football this season.

Patrick Willis gets in with 78 solo, 3 sacks, 0 INT’s, 0 TD’s and 1 PD. Put Dansby’s numbers and impact on a new team (terrible to 1st against the run) up against Bowman or Kuechly or Burfict and he got robbed.

Wilkerson, David, and Jeffery are all much better at this point than some of the players picked above them. Still my favorite non-Niner player, and probably one of (if not the) best secondary (if not defensive) players of his generation (and, lbrh, way better than Ed Reed and Bob Sanders), but he’s probably not even in the top 10 safeties in the league, let alone the top 6.

Appears that the people in KC have nothing to do but vote their entire team to the PB. Half of their players voted in never seemed to show up when games mattered.

Cam is well deserved!!!! You non football fans need to stop hating…. My only question is no Thomas Davis!!! Please show me a outside linebacker on a team that means more than him to there success!!!!!

Matter of fact…. Nick Foles only started 9 games!!! He couldn’t even beat out Mike Vick!!!! Stop it Eagles fans… Your own coach didn’t even believe in him!!!! 7 touchdowns against the Raiders???? Not that impressive when u think about it…. One of the worst pass/defenses in football!!!!

Andy Dalton should be on this list. The Stats don’t lie, regardless of how the media likes to spin it to you. He’s done good things on this team and they’ve made big progress this year on offense.

Pierre Garcon balled out and so did Deangelo Hall. 2 huge snubs. Alfred Morris too, he played better than Lynch.

  250. patriotsdefense says: Dec 30, 2013 2:33 PM
