After not practicing all week with a persistent knee injury, Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson is listed as questionable on the club’s Friday injury report.

Johnson, 28, leads the Lions in all major receiving categories. He has played in all but one game this season.

The Lions play the Vikings in Minneapolis on Sunday in the last-ever NFL game to be played in the Metrodome.

There is precedent for a Lions player missing practice all week and then playing in a game. In fact, outside linebacker DeAndre Levy seems poised to accomplish the feat for a second consecutive week. Levy, who’s missed all three days of practice with a foot injury, is listed as probable on the injury report. He also sat out all of practice a week ago, then played against the Giants.

Overall, the Lions have 14 players on the injury report. Remarkably, every cornerback on the roster is on the report, with Chris Houston (toe / illness) and Bill Bentley (concussion) both listed as doubtful.
