We’ve reached the final weekend of the regular season.
While there’s excitement for the playoffs right around the corner, it’s always a bittersweet time as 20 teams prepare to start their offseasons after finishing well short of their goal for the year. Thankfully, there should be plenty of excitement on Sunday to tide us over until we get a full slate of games again next September.
Only a handful of games carry no playoff implications and we’ve got a pair of win or go home games for the NFC North and East titles to play before the day is out. Friday’s Pro Football Talk on NBCSN will break down those two matchups, both of which may turn on the availability of quarterbacks. Aaron Rodgers will play for the Packers and Tony Romo won’t play for the Cowboys, so we’ll discuss the implications for both teams during the program.
