ESPN’s Chris Mortensen has gone all in with his report from Sunday morning, tweeting in response to Munchak’s on-the-record denial of an interview that Munchak indeed interviewed for the job.
On Sunday night, Munchak told Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean that the interview didn’t happen. Wyatt later clarified on Twitter that he was merely passing along Munchak’s response to the question.
We’ll get more of an explanation from Wyatt on Monday’s PFT Live, where he’s scheduled to call in for a guest spot.
