Lovie Smith was officially introduced as the new head coach of the Buccaneers on Monday and he’ll stop by PFT Live on Tuesday to talk about his new gig.
Mike Florio will ask Smith about what led him back to Tampa, where he served as an assistant under Tony Dungy, and what his impressions were of the 2013 squad. They’ll also talk about cornerback Darrelle Revis’ role on the defense, quarterback Mike Glennon and much more about what the Buccaneers will look like with Smith running the show.
Smith hopes to find himself in the playoffs as soon as possible, but, for now, he’ll have to watch other teams pursue the Lombardi Trophy. The Colts are one of those teams and linebacker Jerrell Freeman will also be on Tuesday’s show. We’ll hear Freeman’s thoughts on last Saturday’s wild 45-44 win over the Chiefs and what the Colts need to do to keep their season going with a win over the Patriots in the Divisional Round.
