Among the many disappointments for the Ravens this year was the running game, which posted franchise low numbers.

That’s already caused some changes, as running backs coach Wilbert Montgomery was fired. Now, they’re shuffling some other coaches to try to improve things.

Ravens coach Jim Harbaugh just told reporters at a press conference that run game coordinator Juan Castillo would now coach the offensive line, and that other changes could come.

The rest of it is in a little flux,” Harbaugh said, via Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun.

Presumably, that means something’s changing for offensive line coach Andy Moeller, who has been there the last six years.

Harbaugh has defended Castillo fervently as one of the best teachers on his staff, and moving him into job that will likely feature several new parts next season speaks to the emphasis they want to put on the run game.
