Perfect pass from Luck to Brazill gets the Colts back in the game

New England Patriots quarterback Brady shakes hands with Indianapolis Colts quarterback Luck at the conclusion of the fourth quarter of their NFL football game in Foxborough Reuters

The Patriots looked like they were on the way to a blowout. But Andrew Luck had something to say about that.

After two ugly drives by the Colts’ offense gave way to two two-yard touchdown runs by LeGarrette Blount, the Patriots had an early 14-0 lead and things were looking grim for Indianapolis. Then Luck got to work.

On his third drive, Luck marched the Colts down the field and threw a beautiful pass to receiver LaVon Brazill for a 38-yard touchdown, cutting the deficit to 14-7.

The Patriots are still in control of this game, but the Colts’ history of comebacks makes it hard to count them out.

Okay guys I’m taking bets. What quarter will Trent Richardson hand the pats a fumble?

Count them out. Luck makes too many boneheaded throws to beat a disciplined team like the Patriots. He’s good for 1 or 2 more before this thing is over, especially if they’re taken out of their running game prematurely.

Reminiscent of the Playoff Peyton vs. Tai Law days.

Anthony Costanzzo is holding on for dear life against Chandler Jones. 3 flags should’ve been thrown on that drive.

Before, the Colts fans start thinking they will make another Chiefs-like comeback, this is not a Andy Reid coached team.

Cheats are winning, I guess Ernie has the plays figured out. If you guys win the Superbowl, there will be an asterisk next to it.

We had a six-pack of beer that was so good last night (Stone Ruination) that we didn’t even have a hangover.

Rodv you can’t put the blame schiano for trading Blount. He was clearly disgruntled there and wasn’t producing. It happens. Why would you keep someone who’s not producing for you. Schiano looked at the situation didn’t think he could turn it around, and instead of cutting him and getting nothing or letting him play out his contract and get nothing in return, he got something. He did what he could with the hand he had.

I have to give the Cheats credit. Ernie couldnt have cheated on that muffed punt. Or maybe he could have….

You are seeing why josh mcdaniels will be a HC before long. With all the injuries he completely redesigned the offense halfway thru the season from first a pass then a balanced and now a run heavy offense. They just continued to roll. And holy crap gostowski can boom a punt! Idk about short targeted punts but damn he can let em rip!

It sure does. Notice what was just deleted? Ernie is mentioned in the books on the Pats and Belichick.

3 rushing TD’s by Blount and the Bucs just threw him away! What a mistake that was!
