The Buccaneers have moved onto their second round of interviews for the general manager job this week with Falcons director of player personnel Lionel Vital reportedly the first man up.
PFT reported Monday night that there would be more candidates returning for another conversation and it looks like TItans V.P. of player personnel Lake Dawson will be one of them. Josina Anderson of ESPN reports that Dawson’s second visit with Buccaneers brass will take place on Wednesday with Vital scheduled for his meeting on Tuesday.
Giants V.P. of player evaluation Marc Ross is also thought to remain in the mix for the Bucs job, although there’s been no word on when a second interview might take place for Ross in Tampa.
Dawson also interviewed with the Dolphins last Sunday as part of a growing group of candidates vying for that job.
