The Broncos placed cornerback Chris Harris and defensive end Derek Wolfe on injured reserve this week and that leaves the Broncos with few pressing injury concerns heading into Sunday’s AFC Championship Game.
Everyone on the roster practiced on Wednesday and only one player was listed as a limited participant. Safety Mike Adams was the outlier because of a thigh injury, but there doesn’t appear to be much concern in Denver that he’s at risk of missing the matchup with the Patriots.
Quarterback Peyton Manning joined his Patriots counterpart Tom Brady on the injury report Wednesday, but, unlike Brady, Manning was a full participant with the ankle issue that’s kept him on the injury report for much of the season without keeping him off the field.
Tight end Joel Dreessen (knee), safety Duke Ihenacho (knee), tackle Winston Justice (finger), guard Chris Kuper (ankle) and cornerback Kayvon Webster (thumb) were also full participants. Dreessen and Kuper were both inactive against the Chargers last weekend.
