The Browns are reportedly interested in a second interview with Seahakws defensive coordinator Dan Quinn, but that’s not the only candidate that’s in line for another conversation with the team.

Chris Mortensen of ESPN reports that Bills defensive coordinator Mike Pettine is expected to interview with the team a second time. Pettine interviewed with the team last week after completing his first season with the Bills. Pettine was previously the defensive coordinator with the Jets under Rex Ryan and also coached with Ryan in Baltimore.

According to Mortensen, the Browns continue to wait to see what Broncos offensive coordinator Adam Gase will do when Denver’s season comes to an end. Other reports have indicated that Gase is leaning toward remaining in Denver, which is the same decision that Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels made earlier in the search process.

There’s been speculation that the Browns could make another run at McDaniels, which Mortensen also passes along in his look at the NFL’s lone head coaching vacancy.
