Success led to other teams poaching their staff this offseason, and the Eagles have made a move to fill their vacancy.

According to Alex Marvez of FOX Sports, the Eagles have hired former Vikings offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave as quarterbacks coach.

He replaces Bill Lazor, who talked to the Lions before taking the offensive coordinator position in Miami.

Musgrave spent the previous three seasons with the Vikings, and had previously worked for the Falcons, Redskins, Jaguars, Panthers and Raiders. He was actually an offensive assistant with the Eagles in 1998.

He had a brief career as an NFL quarterback with the 49ers and Broncos, and he has a strong pedigree in the West Coast system.
