The Browns’ coaching search continued Tuesday with Bills defensive coordinator Mike Pettine’s second interview and it doesn’t appear that there’s an end in immediate sight.

Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer will join Mike Florio on Wednesday’s edition of PFT Live to give us an update on Cleveland’s second hunt for a head coach in as many years. Falcons offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter is expected to join the interview list Wednesday and we’ll ask Cabot if there are more names coming and why she thinks the job has been so difficult to fill.

There’s no such need for a new head coach in Denver, where John Fox is a likely bet for an extension after his third straight division title was followed by a trip to the Super Bowl. Vic Lombardi of CBS4 in Denver will join Florio to talk about Fox, Peyton Manning and other reasons why the Broncos have made it this far.

It all gets started at noon ET and you can watch it all live by clicking right here.

Not all of the Lombardis involved with the NFL are related to the former Packer coach. As Vince once said, “Some of ‘em are my fault, and some of ‘em ain’t.”.

How patient will Haslam be with his GM if they don’t show some promise next year? Will he fire the coach again, or just the GM, or both? What is he looking to accomplish in 2014, does he expect to win the SB?

Browns talk with Mary Kay Cabot. I thought you meant about becoming the Browns next head coach. She would turn it down either way.

If your last name is Kennedy, then you have a guaranteed career as a politician. If your last name is Lombardi, then you have a guaranteed career as a football coach.

While I don’t doubt the better teams both won on Sunday, Manning got a lot of help from the 60 degree sunny January weather courtesy of the bipolar vortex.

If it’s 10 degrees in early February in NJ the way it is now – and/or if it’s windy or blizzard conditions I’m not sure I’m betting a lot of dough on Manning.

Gosh you guys are really pessimistic! I wish my Lions had the draft position and salary cap room you did, you guys are LUCKY! This is an awesome gig for an HC or a GM, I would be drooling over this job.
