While one published report Sunday indicated the Buccaneers were going to part ways with director of player personnel Dennis Hickey after the draft, another report Sunday claims the club hadn’t yet made up its mind on Hickey.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, new Buccaneers G.M. Jason Licht was slated to meet with Hickey on Wednesday, and Hickey’s future was to be “evaluated” as he remained on the personnel staff.
Earlier Sunday, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reported that the Buccaneers were expected to let Hickey go after the draft.
The Dolphins hired Hickey as General Manager on Sunday.
