While the Ravens now have a couple major pieces of their offensive coaching staff in place, there are multiple additions still to be made — and at least one change is reportedly to come.

At the press conference introducing new offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak and quarterbacks coach Rick Dennison on Monday, head coach John Harbaugh indicated that the club could “potentially” have to hire a new wide receivers coach, a position held by Jim Hostler the last six seasons. Hostler had been considered for the offensive coordinator’s role in Baltimore.

The Ravens are also in need of a running backs coach after parting ways with Wilbert Montgomery earlier in the offseason.

“It’s going to be in flux a little bit,” Harbaugh said of the coaching staff. “We have an opportunity now as you know to hire some new coaches. This is going to be something that’s probably going to create some change on our staff. We’ll have to see how it goes in the next day or two.”

The Ravens will reportedly make a change at tight ends coach. According to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun, former Texans tight ends coach Brian Pariani will take over the same role in Baltimore, replacing Wade Harman.

However, the Ravens’ coaching changes will not extend to the offensive line, as assistant Juan Castillo will be retained, Harbaugh said.
