After a customary day of rest, Seahawks tailback Marshawn Lynch was back on the practice field Thursday as Seattle prepared for Super Bowl XLVIII.

According to the NFL’s official injury report, Lynch was a full participant in practice on Thursday.

Likewise, wide receiver Doug Baldwin (hip), wide receiver Percy Harvin (concussion) and defensive tackle Brandon Mebane (ankle) also practiced fully for Seattle. Baldwin, Harvin and Mebane were also full participants on Wednesday.

The Broncos are also looking good from an injury perspective with three days until the Super Bowl.

Eight Broncos players were full participants on Thursday: tight end Joel Dreessen (knee), defensive tackle Terrance Knighton (knee), offensive lineman Chris Kuper (ankle), quarterback Peyton Manning (ankle), running back Knowshon Moreno (ribs), placekicker Matt Prater (illness), defensive tackle Mitch Unrein (knee) and cornerback Kayvon Webster (thumb).

The lone Broncos player to miss practice on Thursday was defensive tackle Sione Fua, who’s missed the first two workouts of Super Bowl week with a calf ailment.

Keeping it real. Stay as close to what got you here and try not to deviate with all these distractions.

Don’t talk to the press much; Check.
    Don’t practice on Wednesday; Check.
Stay ready to play all the time; Check.
Play well on Sunday; Check, Boss.

    Go Hawks!

I wish the Seahawks fans would try explaining to the Viking fans what it feels like to have a chance to win a Super Bowl!!

so, this is something i haven’t heard anything about: if pretty much everyone on the roster is healthy enough to play, who is going to be inactive for the game? (or do they go ahead and allow all 53 for the superbowl?)

Everyone talking about that Denver offense against Seattle defense, what about BeastMode against that pathetic Broncos defense? Denver is going to have a really, really tough time trying to stop Wilson, Lynch, Harvin, and Tate. Just too much talent for Denver to handle.

It is getting real old listening to these arrogant Seattle fans on every post.

I guess Denver best not even show up…Geez get a grip, act like this event isn’t so totally new to you, and enjoy the game!

We will see what happens on Sunday.

Really swaggyy? On an average day the Broncos hang 36 on their opponents.. It only took Arizona 17 to spank the Me-Hawks.. Good luck trying to keep up.. Wilson will fold under the pressure of being down by 2 scores and Seattle will abandon the run game by the 2nd quarter

I’m all about the action, BOSS.
