Bears increase ticket prices

The Bears have missed the playoffs for three straight years.  But that hasn’t stopped them from increasing ticket prices for the coming season.

The team has announced that ticket prices will be bumped by $2 to $12 per game per seat in 2014, with an average increase of 4.1 percent.  Still, 58 percent of the non-club seats will increase by only $2.

The Bears have not opted to pursue the new trend of variable pricing, with lower prices for some games and higher prices for marquee matchups.

The Bears host the Bills, Dolphins, Saints, Cowboys, Buccaneers, Vikings, Lions, and Packers in 2014.
