Jaguars to hire Scott Trulock as head trainer

The Jacksonville Jaguars will have a new athletic trainer for the first time in franchise history.

According to Alex Marvez of FOXSports.com and Sirius XM NFL Radio, the Jaguars will hire Scott Trulock as their new head trainer.

Trulock had been serving as the head trainer at the University of North Carolina.

Trulock will replace Mike Ryan, who is retiring from his position. Ryan had served as the Jaguars head trainer since the team came into existence in 1994.
