Linebacker Erin Henderson doesn’t have a job right now, but he’s got plenty of criminal charges to sort out as a result of two arrests on suspicion of DUI in recent months.

Chris Tomasson of the Pioneer Press reports that Henderson, who was released by the Vikings earlier this month, faces four misdemeanor charges in relation to his November 19 arrest in Minnesota. Police responded to a call about an intoxicated Henderson departing a residence in his car and found Henderson parked in the vehicle with his lights off.

Henderson faces two counts of fourth-degree driving while impaired, one count of careless driving and one count of possessing over 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle. All the charges carry a possible sentence of 90 days and/or a fine of up to $1,000. He also faces charges of second- and third-degree DWI, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and a violation of a special condition on his driver’s license after being arrested again on January 1.

Henderson is a free agent after being released by the Vikings, but it’s not clear how robust a market he’ll see given the legal troubles hanging over his head.
