Such that there was a lot of doubt, that doubt has been removed.

According to Mike Klis of the Denver Post, Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning passed his physical Monday morning, and is cleared to continue playing football.

This one was a bit of a formality, as he had already passed an exit physical with the Broncos after the Super Bowl, and has given no indications he’s having any problems after multiple neck surgeries.

Having a record-breaking season put most of those concerns to rest anyway, but now the doctors have concurred, and Manning is free to try to get over the hump (and over .500 in the postseason, as he’s 11-12) again next year.
