APThe Browns and kicker Billy Cundiff have reached a new deal, the club said Thursday.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Cundiff has agreed to a one-year, $1.02 million contract.
The 33-year-old Cundiff connected on 21-of-26 field goals in 2013, missing just once inside of 40 yards. Cundiff also forced touchbacks on 42-of-65 kickoffs.
Cundiff has hit 160-of-210 field goals in regular season play (76.2 percent) since entering the NFL with Dallas in 2002.
Best kicker to ever play for the Ravens.
You don’t need to tag an article on Cundiff with the Ravens. He’s history. Tucker is da’ man in Baltimore now.
Very streaky kicker but he was pretty good for the Browns so I can see why they resigned him. Plus he made Ravens fans angry and that makes me happy.
He was solid last year.
I see missed field goals.
Billy, I know Phil Dawson, and you’re no Phil Dawson.
If the Browns know kickers as well as they know HB’s I feel confident in this decision.
Nice move Browns. SMH.
Cundiff is not a kicker who handles clutch playoff moments well, which means he’s a perfect fit right where he is.
New uniforms, same ole Browns.
Super Bowl bound
Put it to you this way – you don’t have to worry about him until the AFC Championship game – which means you’ll never have to worry about him! Cheer up Cleveland fans, there ARE things to be happy about – like resigning your best player for only $1.02 million!
Once again the clowns take the Ravens sloppy seconds.

I hope that was either a lame attempt at sarcasm or a lame joke.
