The Cowboys, following the pattern of last year, continue to pick through the scraps for defensive line help.

According to Calvin Watkins of ESPNDallas.com, the Cowboys have signed defensive tackle Terrell McClain to a three-year deal.

McClain was with the Texans last year, after originally entering the league with the Panthers as a third-round pick.

In fact, he joins a bit of a parade of former Panthers draft picks rolling through Dallas, along with Nick Hayden, and the recently released Everette Brown and Corvey Irvin.

The Panthers have actually had some good defensive linemen in recent years, but none of them ever seem to make it to Dallas.
