Bears re-sign Dante Rosario — again

Two days after releasing him, the Bears have re-signed tight end Dante Rosario.

The move was disclosed in the NFL’s official Thursday transactions.

Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune, citing a source, reported the move stemmed from something pertaining to the contract Rosario signed on February 27.

The 29-year-old Rosario played 15 games with Chicago in 2013, starting three. He rejoins Martellus Bennett and Fendi Onobun on the depth chart at tight end.

Its cool, I did the same thing the other day. I bought some new shoes at the mall, then I found the same shoes at Foot Locker for $15 less, so I returned them and bought the ones at Foot Locker.

Don’t mind it but I would love for us to sign LEGARRETTE
BLOUNT he would be a great change of pace back he’s a human wrecking ball!

I was kind of hoping they would either sign or draft another true pass catching TE to line up opposite Bennett (a la the 2012 Patriots) but he is serviceable when needed and a lot more affordable I’m sure.

    Love the Blount idea.

    Cosign the Blount suggestion.

Blount won’t be happening with the Bears. Emery and Trestman are HUGE on character and on that dimension Legarrette comes up pretty short.

Still waiting to read… “Bears bring back Tillman.”

Well I’d rather take a chance on him coming up short there (which I don’t think he will) rather than the Bears coming up short on 3rd & 3 or 4th & 1 in a huge game. Still waiting for Tillman as well, but I would accept a family deal of Antonio & DR Cromartie on 1 yr deals (Very Wishful Thinking) haha
