The Chargers are bringing back a versatile defender, agreeing to terms with linebacker Reggie Walker on a two-year contract, the club said Thursday night.
Walker (6-0, 244) made four starts at outside linebacker and two starts at inside linebacker in 2013. The 27-year-old Walker appeared in all 16 games, notching 36 tackles and three sacks.
The Chargers also announced they had reached a two-year contract with Bengals cornerback Brandon Ghee, who played 23 regular season games in four seasons with Cincinnati. A third-round pick in 2010, the 26-year-old Ghee joins a Chargers defense that’s far from settled at cornerback, so he stands a chance to make the roster if he can stay healthy.
