The Oakland Raiders already plucked one former member of the New York Giants by signing defensive end Justin Tuck on Thursday. The Raiders are also kicking the tires on another former Giant.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN.com, the Raiders are hosting cornerback Terrell Thomas for a visit.

Thomas appeared in all 16 games for the Giants last season, making seven starts. Thomas recorded 67 tackles with a sack, a forced fumble and one interception on the year.

It was a strong bounce-back year for Thomas after missing the prior two season due to a pair of ACL injuries to his right knee. Prior to the injuries, Thomas posted his best season in 2010 with 101 tackles, five interceptions and four forced fumbles. Overcoming two ACL tears to the same knee is a daunting task and Thomas played well in his first season back.

The Raiders are in need of help at cornerback and Thomas could end up joining Tuck on the west coast.
