Even his reduced salary at St Louis is overpaying Saffold. They guy is an injury machine. Great work by Mark Davis to crush that contract. With half that money we signed Tuck and Woodley and then spend the other half of on Smith and Brown. Big plus for the Defense.and I dont see a thing wrong with picking Matthews at the #5 spot to replace Veldeheer.

Too bad Gettleman’s Panthers weren’t interested in signing Steve Smith. He’s a pros pro and a great family and community man as well.

It took some growing up to control his “inner Hulk” in the locker room, but he conquered that demon too.

Good thing Gettleman has a MASTER PLAN.

“New Lions WR Golden Tate wants to challenge Jeremy Ross for kick-return duties.”

This coming from a Seahawks fan, let Tate return punts. This guy is MONEY!

The only Free Agent that is going to make a real difference is Steve Smith. He is a character, but a hard worker and really motivated to show the Panthers he still has it. I am not a Ravens fan, but just sayin. Most of the other “big names” are getting paid because of the talent around them from the former team.

Smith, you messed up. You should have signed with the Hawks.

    Winning is important.
