To all the out-of-state Steelers “fans,” I suggest you read P-G writer Ed Bouchette’s take on what’s happened to the Steelers since 2011, when the team still had a No. 1-ranked defense.
The Steelers’ D has fallen from No. 1, to No. 10, to No. 14. Now I ask: How many games have the Patriots won with Tom Brady at QB and a defense that’s been ranked well below No. 14? That’s the reason SOME quarterbacks deserve to be paid the big bucks.
