The Giants announced the signing of five undrafted free agents on Monday, a group that includes a member of the 2013 All-SEC Coaches Team.

South Carolina defensive tackle Kelcy Quarles, who notched 9.5 sacks in 2013, is among the Giants’ post-draft rookie additions. Also signed were Louisiana-Lafayette linebacker Justin Anderson, Michigan safety Thomas Gordon, BYU defensive tackle Eathyn Manumaleuna and Richmond defensive end Jerry Wynn.

The Giants also released four players, including backup quarterback Rusty Smith. The club also said it had waived linebacker Allen Bradford, punter Jordan Gay and cornerback Junior Mertile.

With Smith released, the Giants have four quarterbacks: Eli Manning, Ryan Nassib, Curtis Painter and Josh Freeman.
