The Jets have started signing their draft picks.

The team announced Wednesday that they have agreed on a contract with seventh-round pick Trevor Reilly. Reilly was the 235th overall pick of the draft and, like all rookies drafted after the first round, he signed a four-year deal.

Reilly had 20 sacks and eight forced fumbles in 32 starts at Utah, but some of his success as a pass rusher may have come because he was more mature than the players on the other side of the line. Reilly went on a two-year mission for the Church of Latter Day Saints and is already 26 years old, so it remains to be seen how he’ll fare against players closer in age.

Reilly was the last of 12 Jets picks during the draft, leaving the team with plenty of other rookies to sign in the near future.
