Seahawks headed to the White House next week

While a lot of teams will be going through some OTAs next week, the Seahawks have a better team-building activity scheduled.

Via Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times, the Seahawks are going to the White House next Wednesday to honor their Super Bowl championship.

Players and coaches will make the trip next week, and even the ones who have signed with other teams since the 43-8 beating of the Broncos are on the guest list.

Of course, President Barack Obama has already acquainted himself with Richard Sherman, joking with him during the White House Correspondents Dinner recently.

I heard that a stipulation of the trade of Percy Harvin was that he remain pen pals with the Vikings franchise so they can feel connected to a super bowl since they will never win one.

The NFL has a strict PED policy and the Seahawks, like every team get tested regularly. It is a shame that a few of them have failed the test in the past, but it is in the past. Everyone else needs to let it go. If a new case of PED abuse comes up, I will be the first to call for their head, but unless and until that happens, just friggin’ drop it.

Seahawks won the Superbowl. PEDs had nothing to do with it. The better team won. Have a nice day.

Pay attention pro sports teams. I have a feeling the Seattle Seahawks will do it right.

Yeah, Pass Interference had everything to do with the Seahawks barely getting the #1 seed… Without the habitual PI they got away with last year, there is no home field, 12th man nor championship for that matter !!!

Seahawks consistently robbed Jimmy Graham WAY BEFORE the ball ever got to him… Seahawks were hanging all over his back every time a pass came his way……..TRUTH !!!!

Obama’s going to be conveying to the young Seahawks, how quickly you can take something from great to awful when you’re focused on your own agenda.
