The Cowboys have been keeping tabs on former top-10 pick Amobi Okoye, and they finally signed him Friday.
According to Adam Caplan of ESPN, the Cowboys signed Okoye to a two-year deal.
Okoye was out of football last year with an undisclosed medical condition, but the Cowboys were checking on him then because their entire defensive line was in medical distresses of their own.
Cowboys defensive coordinator Rod Marinelli coached Okoye with the Bears for two seasons, and obviously sees some potential in the 26-year-old Okoye.
