The Eagles have reached deals with two more draft picks.

The club announced the signings of Florida cornerback Jaylen Watkins (fourth round) and Oregon defensive end Taylor Hart (fifth round) on its website Monday.

The 5-foot-11, 194-pound Watkins notched 133 tackles, broke up 21 passes and hauled in three interceptions in 45 career games with the Gators. He could compete for playing time in “sub” packages for the Eagles.

Hart (6-6, 281) played for Eagles coach Chip Kelly for three seasons (2010-2012) at Oregon. In four seasons with the Ducks, Hart recorded 169 tackles and 15 sacks. He likely figures as a reserve on the Eagles’ three-player defensive line.

Louisville outside linebacker Marcus Smith (first round), Vanderbilt wide receiver Jordan Matthews (second round) and Stanford safety Ed Reynolds (fifth round) are the Eagles’ remaining unsigned draft picks.

In another transaction Monday, the Eagles signed first-year defensive back Davon Morgan and waived undrafted rookie cornerback John Fulton, the club said.
