Yet another club has signed a first-round pick.

The Giants have reached a deal with wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., the No. 12 selection in the 2014 NFL Draft, the club said on its website Monday.

The 5-foot-11, 198-pound Beckham looks poised to contribute immediately for a Giants offense seeking to bounce back from a disappointing 2013 season. The Giants lost wide receiver Hakeem Nicks to Indianapolis in free agency, opening up a primary role in the pass catching corps.

In three seasons at LSU, Beckham caught 143 passes for 2,340 yards (16.4 ypc) and 12 touchdowns. He also returned a pair of punts for touchdowns.

Beckham is the fourth first-round choice to sign, with Raiders linebacker Khalil Mack (No. 5), Bears cornerback Kyle Fuller (No. 14) and Saints wide receiver Brandin Cooks (No. 20) the others to have reached deals.

The Giants also announced the signing of three other picks Monday: second-round selection Weston Richburg, a center from Colorado State; fifth-round selection Devon Kennard, a linebacker from USC; and sixth-round selection Bennett Jackson, a cornerback from Notre Dame. Of that trio, the 6-foot-3, 298-pound Richburg stands the best chance of contributing as a rookie, as the Giants released starting center David Baas in March.
