Financial problems mount for Will Hill

Will Hill is out of work after the Giants released him as a result of his third NFL suspension. He may need to find a job soon.

According to PIX-11, a New Jersey woman who rented a home to Hill is going after him for $15,000 in damages he caused to the home. The woman agreed to settle for just $2,500, but he didn’t even come up with that.

Hill may be broke: According to Jordan Raanan of, Hill owes at least one former business associate money. And last year Hill was arrested for failing to pay child support.

Although Hill has made several hundred thousand dollars in his two NFL seasons, he doesn’t come across as the most responsible of people. He may have blown all of it already, and it’s unclear whether any other team will ever be willing to give him a chance at another NFL payday.

Guys like this are so idiotic. Yes, it’s dumb that ganja is forbidden in the NFL, but when you know it is and can’t stop for a few years and bank some serious money, you just show how stupid you are.

    Zero sympathy for this clown.

He deserves this. Sorry, but he LITERALLY threw a chance to be set for life out of the window. No denying he’s got talent, but he needs to use his head.

These stories about athletes blowing their money and winding up broke have been happening for decades now, and yet none of them still seem to learn.

He just needs to make it until October and some team will pick him up after his suspension. He’s too talented, young and cheap not to. If PacMan Jones can find another job, so can Hill.

Wasted talent. Good luck finding another team.

I think the Giants probably knew about this also and this made their decision to let him go a little easier.

For those of you who continue to say weed is not a problem it sure seems like a multitude of players have problems arising from weed or peds or whatever drug you defend. Until its legal to use in the NFL, weed is a problem. And to some a very big problem. Loss of a job, income, legal issues, to me, constitutes a bunch of problems. If it is not a problem, why not just stop doing it?

I partook years ago. When companies started testing I knew I had to stop to advance my career. That was 17 years ago. If you know you’re going to be tested…well….come on. As far as his money, I always think if I was in my twenties and was handed millions I might have lost my mind and went wild but I doubt I’d be broke. Conclusion? A talented moron.

The synthetic stuff is legal, unless you’re in AL.

I wish Will Hill the best. S. Happens. We all make mistakes. 3 in a row? Like I said.. It happens. Hopefully he gathers himself and the Giants bring him back before he ends up with a team in our division.

I’ve got no sympathy at all.
Not smoking weed is called a “Condition of Employment” in the NFL.
It makes no difference whether or not it’s legal.

He just seems like a guy who doesn’t like to pay his debts. Along with men who abuse women and/or children, a man who doesn’t pay their debts is the lowest kind of man there is. I’m glad he’s off the Giants. No room for him here.

Marijuana might not be addictive for all people, but it sure is for many as I’ve seen with someone I know. Adderall is a much more serious issue, strange that it is treated in the same way that less dangerous drugs are.
