Colts place Corey Lynch on injured reserve

Training camp hasn’t even started yet, and the Colts have already placed two players on injured reserve.

The team announced that veteran safety Corey Lynch was played on IR today, following defensive tackle Fili Moala earlier this week.

The Colts signed Lynch last November, and he played in five games plus the playoffs.

Lynch has also played for the Bengals, Buccaneers, Chargers and Titans in his career.

Of course, he also made one of the most famous plays in college football history, but don’t call it an upset. (Yeah, I went there. It’s Friday.)

Good stuff DG! I knew I would see your name at the top of this piece. Corey is a good player, but man that Meechagn game was one of the greatest days of my life.

    Go apps.

One of the classiest men in the NFL. Great role model and a hard worker who took the tools he has….quickness and intelligence and has been able to hang around on NFL rosters for six years.
