Texans wrap up draft class by signing Xavier Su’a-Filo

The Texans went out of order, but they kept up the pace of rookie signings.

Having already signed first-overall pick Jadeveon Clowney earlier this month, the Texans signed second-rounder Xavier Su’a-Filo, according to Adam Caplan of ESPN.

That wraps up the Texans draft class, such that it’s a difficult achievement these days.

Su’a-Filo, a guard from UCLA, hasn’t been able to participate in OTAs anyway because of the quarter system rule, so there wasn’t much hurry to do his deal anyway.

First time I’ve been excited about a Guard, but man this guy is a beast. Next to one of the best LT’s in the NFL our left side is going to be stout!
