Steelers sign RB Jordan Hall, waive CB Deion Belue

The Steelers have signed a rookie to their offensive backfield and waived a rookie from their defensive backfield.

On offense, the Steelers have added Jordan Hall, a tailback from Ohio State. The 5-foot-9, 191-pound Hall rushed for 1,568 yards and 14 touchdowns in five seasons with the Buckeyes.

Le’Veon Bell and LeGarrette Blount are the Steelers’ top two backs, and rookie receiver/tailback Dri Archer is a cinch to make the roster, leaving the undrafted Hall as one of the Steelers’ options should they keep a fourth back. Hall returned kickoffs and punts for the Buckeyes, adding to his value.

Belue (5-11, 182) played collegiately at Alabama. He originally signed with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in May.

As others said when the Steelers picked up Belue, he’s not someone who will make the roster.

The Steelers kicked his tires and let him go today.

I hope he can improve his skills and make a team.

Since being Tebowed out of the playoffs the steelers have 0 winning seasons and 0 playoff appearances. They need to sign bill leavy and his crew to have a chance at being respectful.

Jordan gave Deion a waive as they passed in the hall.

The Steelers need to sign Bill Leavy and his crew, not Jordan Hall. Come on!

Ya never know who will make the roster. I don’t remember when or how an undrafted whodat named Willie Parker made the Steelers.

    Look how that turned out!

For their 5th Super Bowl title the Steelers beat the chickens and their sniveling fans with a 75 yard td run by Willie Parker and a touchdown pass from one wr to another wr. The chickens fans who can’t get over it need to be more like Darrell Jackson, and push off.
