Aaron Hernandez had to leave jail for hospital visit

Aaron Hernandez was out of jail yesterday, but only for about an hour.

According to the Associated Press, the former Patriots tight end was taken from a jail to a hospital for an undisclosed problem, before returning to custody.

Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson said Hernandez was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford on Saturday, but was back in the Bristol County jail in Dartmouth about an hour later.

Hodgson wouldn’t comment on the nature of the trip or the treatment.

Which makes him kind of like the Patriots, if you think about it.

    Maybe he’s pregnant?

    He’s planning his escape.

  4. cardmagnet says: Jun 22, 2014 5:17 PM

Except the Patriots would keep him on the injury report every week for the next three years to try and play mind games and manipulate the system.

Before I knew about what he was like outside of football, this guy was my favorite player… I was praying the eagles were gonna draft him the 1st round because I used to love watching him play with TEBOW at Florida… Really just a shame the path he chose

Aaron still listed as year to year on the Bristol County inmate roster.

  7. lanman11 says: Jun 22, 2014 5:27 PM

That’s totally cheating, I swear! The Bristol County Sheriff’s Department has not been forthcoming about all inmate health issues, and the Governor hasn’t done anything about it!! It’s a conspiracy I tell ya!!! Or HIPPA. One or the other. I’m not sure.

Enema? Sure he needs the chute cleaned out monthly…especially in general population…

It’s a shame. TedMurph lost half of his wardrobe when Hernandez was kicked off the team, but at least now he is washing his clothes after wearing them.

This guy is definitely my top TE on all my fantasy teams this year bc he is clearly due for a killer year. He’ll come out guns ablazing and murder defenses all year long.

    Torn O-ring most likely.

But seriously, how is this animal not hung yet?

The doctors told him it was too late to take his head out of his ass.

  17. petecarrolmorelikecheatpayroll says: Jun 22, 2014 6:14 PM

So the Doctor turns to Hernandez and says “I know you’re used to shots, so this shouldn’t bug you one bit!”

The great thing about PFT is anyone can post. You don’t have to be funny or clever, don’t have to pass any IQ test, don’t have to prove your parents forgot the parental lock on your computer. Everybody’s welcome.

Hernandez lawyers want to move him closer to Boston, both for logistical and supposedly safety reasons. This is probably part of the ploy. No matter where it is, hopefully he never sees the light of day again.

I wish the news and PFT would just stop reporting about him. I want him to go away for ever.

It is funny how some posters try to act mature on their teams threads, but make comments that are lame on the Steeler threads. I guess you are like Hernandez a player on one side of the card and a criminal on the other. I think you would keep his jersey regardless of the outcome…he is your hero.

  23. tedmurph says: Jun 22, 2014 8:42 PM

There were several posts on Steeler threads about a guy embarrasing himself. From fellow Steeler fans. Hmm, I guess if you give a guy enough rope….

  24. jimcarnoven says: Jun 22, 2014 8:58 PM

Isn’t it about time he gets paroled for good behavior?

I guess given enough rope you would start posting lame stuff on a Pats thread. You are an actor but don’t expect an Emmy for your performance. Go bandage your knuckles they must be bleeding again from your constant dragging them on the ground in anger as you pace the floor of your “man” cave.

To throw everything away like that. Stupid isnt even the word. He was literally living a dream. And threw it all away..for having a drink spilled on you? Losing some street cred? What a complete dope.
