Knownshon Moreno having knee surgery this week

Maybe the Dolphins had a coupon for buy-one, get-one-free surgeries.

Not long after reports that center Mike Pouncey would miss around three months following hip surgery, the Dolphins had more medical news.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, running back Knowshon Moreno will have an arthroscopic procedure on his knee, and will miss four or five weeks.

That pushes right up against the start of training camp for the veteran back, who has struggled with the knee (not the torn ACL in 2one) in recent weeks.

Looks like Knowshon has just got back to being NoShow again. This dude wasn’t very good and only had great numbers because teams worried about Manning. Worst FA signing this offseason.

Miller has a golden opportunity to take the reins. This is it Lamar, what you got?

He was ineffective with or without a bum knee.

Let’s hope Knowshon recovers on schedule, Lamar can’t carry the whole running game.

He will still be the slowest starting running back in history. He was slow before he got hurt, this ain’t helping.

I wonder who put the curse on the Dolphins and why they did it. Feels like it began the last couple years of Shula’s reign and every move really started to blow up in their faces from pretty much the second they hired Jimmy Johnson and it’s been a non-stop nightmare f-fest since.

At some point, we have to consider a curse because luck or incompetence would change at some point, even briefly, based on the law of averages. Something would have to work out and someone by accident would have made a decent decision, but these guys haven’t been to a Super Bowl since 1985 and haven’t won one since 1975, so everyone can have their theory, but I’m officially sticking with curse.
