Packers remain a top-five team, despite recent disappointments

The Packers have Aaron Rodgers. That’s good enough to put them at the top of the league.

Whether the rest of the team is good enough to close the deal remains to be seen.

The defense has a few new pieces, and the offense has lost some parts. But with Rodgers on the roster, the Packers will be good enough to win the NFC North and make a run deep into the postseason.

Since winning Super Bowl XLV, the Packers haven’t made it back to the NFC title game. This year could be the year, but they’ll need to address some deficiencies -- and hope Rodgers doesn’t get injured again.
