Any time a team has multiple picks in the first three rounds, it’s a chance to restock their roster with cheap, high-end talent.

The Texans now have nothing left from the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft.

According to Field Yates of ESPN, the Texans have waived offensive tackle Brennan Williams with a failed physical designation.

Williams missed all of his rookie season after microfracture surgery, and it appears the Texans aren’t going to wait for him to get well any longer.

Along with former LSU defensive end Sam Montgomery (who was cut last year, reportedly for smoking marijuana the night before a game), the Texans have nothing to show from the 89th and 95th picks.
