PFT on NBCSN looks at Ravens and Vikings, talks to Bridgewater

Bridgewater AP

Wednesday’s edition of Pro Football Talk on NBCSN will take a closer look at the NFL’s two purple-wearing teams: The Ravens, who won the Super Bowl in 2012, and the Vikings, who haven’t lost one since 1976.

The closer look at Minnesota’s upcoming season includes a sit-down with rookie quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, who soon could be the starting quarterback in Minnesota.

Ross Tucker and Takeo Spikes join Dave Briggs in the Connecticut studio, and I’ll be in my usual West Virginia location.  Dial us up at 5:30 p.m. ET, today and every weekday.

I’m waiting for poet to label teddy as the best qb in the draft

You don’t need poet to label him that. Plenty of NFL experts have already done it. Plenty more will in a few weeks, and it will be obvious to all by the end of the season.

You know what they say…….. tiny hands

    …………………………………………………. tiny gloves.

Bridgewater and Manziel= epic busts. There’s a reason they weren’t top picks.

I don’t think a guy drafted 32nd overall can be an “epic” bust. Heck, even if he flames out as a QB, he still won’t be the biggest bust on the 2014 Minnesota Vikings roster.

This is getting tiresome. Just do it. Put him in. Let’s see what happens on Opening Day.

Vikings wish they had a Quarterback as incredible as “Terrific” Tom Brady

I rather he sit. I’ve seen Ponder and Freeman put in a position they shouldn’t have been in. Then again, pre-season might change my mind a bit.

The Ravens, who won the Super Bowl in 2012, and the Vikings, who haven’t lost one since 1976.

The Ravens are and always will be the superior purple team in the NFL.

Poor Vikings, the only tradition they have is losing and there’s no sign that will change anytime soon. It’s a very deserving tradition for a very sad franchise. Geaux saints!

Big PACK guy here. Kid has potential. He’s probably no Rogers, but I liked his game in collage. Good luck to him. GO PACK GO!

Give it 3-4 more years n tom won’t be your qb anymore revren10, than you can hold on to your hopes and turn mallet into your next franchise qb. See if you got his back n stand behind him or even your team or maybe you can just jump to another superbowl winning team year to year n talk em up like your there biggest fan, that’s what all the cool people do.

Speilman couldn’t draft a QB to save his mothers life.

More teams are looking for a franchise QB than have one. Minnesota is one of many. Here’s hoping Teddy is the one.

And for all the “tiny hands” people who post, we get it ok,…. we get it. You think his hands are too small, we heard you. enough already

People who make “tiny hands” comments to put down Bridgewater have tiny brains.
