Cowboys defensive back Orlando Scandrick has been suspended four games after testing positive for a performance-enhancing drug. Scandrick says he ingested the banned substance accidentally while on a family trip to Mexico. Mike Florio reports his sources indicate Scandrick meant to take MDMA, which is banned by the league’s substance abuse policy, but that the drug was not pure and contained amphetamines that are categorized as PEDs by the NFL.
