As the Raiders continue to look for a home beyond the expiration of their existing lease in Oakland, owner Mark Davis continues to expand the search.

With the Raiders practicing against the Cowboys this week, Davis took the opportunity to remind the locals that he might not bringing his team back.

I think we’d be well received if we ever moved back (to Los Angeles), Raiders nation is strong in SoCal,” Davis said, via Vincent Bonsignore of the Los Angeles Daily News.

The Raiders are a natural thought to fill the void that is Los Angeles, but they’re probably not the only team that wants to tap into gold mine.

Finding a stadium solution will continue to be the hurdle for L.A., and the Raiders want to make sure they’re able to fill it if it’s ever built.
