ProFootballTalk: Raiders looking for veteran leadership in 2014

After seven seasons in Houston, Matt Schaub is taking over the quarterback reigns in Oakland. The Raiders added quite a few players who are either 30 or older, which Brian Westbrook notes is the point where people start to believe players are entering the downside of their career.

    Fat chance. Should we do a roster review or maybe look at the Raiders record the last 12 years? Oakland is a loser baby. That is why they are trying to leave town asap!

    The “throwback” idea is for jerseys, not players. Silly Raiders.
