Ravens cornerback Jimmy Smith left the game with blood in his mouth, but the injury in another part.

According to Clifton Brown of CSNBaltimore.com, Smith didn’t return after leaving in the first quarter with a chest injury. He was taken for X-rays, but returned to the sidelines in street clothes and appeared to be in good spirits.

The Ravens are struggling to keep cornerbacks on the field, with Lardarius Webb and Asa Jackson out with back and ankle injuries, respectively.

That has them down to Chykie Brown and Dominique Franks, and that’s a significant concern for the Ravens, even if Smith turns out to be OK.
