Texans running back Arian Foster’s status for Sunday is reportedly in doubt because of a hamstring injury.

According to multiple sources, Foster is anticipated to be a “longshot” to suit up for today’s 1 p.m. game at the Giants, Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reported this morning.

Foster is listed as questionable on the injury report. He was limited all week with the hamstring ailment. Foster has racked up 241 yards on 55 carries for 2-0 Houston.

If Foster can’t play, Alfred Blue, Jonathan Grimes and Ronnie Brown would be the options in the Texans’ backfield. Blue has received the most work behind Foster this season, rushing 12 times for 40 yards. Grimes has received four carries, with Brown getting three rushes.
