The bus accident that has been downplayed in most media reports was serious enough to keep one of the players who would have played from suiting up.
Via Rich Tandler of CSN Washington, Washington running back Silas Redd did not dress on Sunday due to back spasms occurring after one team bus crashed into the back of another one. Redd had appeared in every game this season as the third-string running back.
We’d heard it was whiplash for Redd. Regardless, Redd would have played but for the bus crash. Washington is fortunate it wasn’t a lot worse.
