The Broncos need to come from behind in St. Louis, and they may have to do it with two key offensive players.

Denver tight end Juius Thomas has exited with an ankle injury, and running back Montee Ball has exited with a groin injury. Both players are listed as questionable to return.

The Rams jumped out to a 13-0 lead, although late in the second quarter the Broncos’ offense finally got a big play, as Peyton Manning hit Emmanuel Sanders for a 42-yard touchdown that made the score 13-7.

If the Broncos are going to keep chipping away at the Rams’ lead, they may need to do it without both Thomas and Ball.
