Saints place Brandin Cooks, Rafael Bush on injured reserve

In addition to losing receiver Brandin Cooks on Tuesday, the New Orleans Saints also placed safety Rafael Bush on injured reserve.

Cooks suffered a broken thumb and wrist injuries against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. Bush suffered a fractured tibia.

The Saints signed linebacker Moise Fokou and promoted cornerback Terrence Frederick from their practice squad. New Orleans also signed safety Pierre Warren off the Minnesota Vikings practice squad.

The Saints waived running back Edwin Baker in addition to the injured reserve moves of Cooks and Bush to make room on the roster.
